Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance. This individual will be crucial in ensuring accurate and timely payroll for our employees and the client’s employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process end-to-end payroll for employees on a semi-monthly basis
• Calculate and distribute paychecks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
• Manage all aspects of payroll processing, including tax withholding, benefits, and deductions
• Reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and tax laws
• Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to payroll and benefits.
• Provide support during audits and compliance checks.
Qualifications:
• one year of experience in payroll processing and administration (Fresh graduate is also welcome)
• In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance.
• Proficient in using payroll software and MS Excel
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
• Time-management expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
